Ms. Ana Laura González is named Operations Manager in Cooperation Agreement between LAES and the Ministry of Education, Sports and Culture of Ecuador

Latin American Educational Services Inc. (LAES) has named Ms. Ana González as Operations Manager for its new English curriculum development project with the Ecuador ministry of Education, Sports and Culture.

Recently LAES signed an MOU with the Ministry to the end of updating the national English curriculum.  In 2016, LAES delivered the existing English curriculum, with the help of a strong team of experts in curriculum design and development. 

This strategic appointment of Ms. González for the next phase of the project will strengthen the operational and administrative structure of the company; her role will be key to ensuring the smooth workflow, communication and logistics of the project.  

• Provide essential operational and administrative support to the academic teams in the management and development of the official curriculum.
• Coordinate internal logistics and technical documentation for the efficient progress of the curriculum development project
• Implement monitoring strategies for the correct execution of project phases and the delivery of academic milestones.
• Managing project databases and generating accurate progress reports for the General Director.
• Serving as a key operational liaison, coordinating the management of resources and administrative processes with the Finance Manager and the Academic Manager.

Ms. González’ experience in project management and her talent for operational efficiency make her exceptionally qualified for this vital role.
